Minecraft is not a childish game, and using it as an insult for someone who is young or not good at other games is not really an insult at all.

to me, dark souls is honestly the only worthwhile video game series established this decade oh and binding of issac that's also really fun

Thought it wasn't very fun at that point. It was too much trial and error for me. When I looked online, I saw some threads for people asking for checkpoints and what not, and let me tell you that there are some snobby mother fuckers out there that resorted to calling the relatively calm nice dissenters "princesses that should return back to their Call of Duty" and "whiny brats that don't understand what it means to [B]truly win[/B] at [B][I][U]video games[/U][/I][/B]".

Layers of Fear was fucking horrible. Not a single scare, well below mediocre plot and God awful "game play."

Then a few years later when I had a problem again and all I got was "lol ur so dumb" kind of posts. It was just a little shocking seeing the age base just drop so low to kids who all built the same things and following trends in building maps and not expressing the full creativity that a lot of people had in the early days.

I've had more trouble completing MW and WaW on veteran difficulty than I did beating games like Doom on Ultra Violence, Bit Trip Runner or Dark Souls.

I've actually tried a Call of Duty or two in my whole lifetime and I can confirm that every singleplayer experience from those games played on Veteran or above verges on impossible thanks to the computer being a huge cheating bastard

It also doesn't help that enemy respawns in cod are unfair as fuck

IIRC WaW's veteran ai was designed to throw a grenade at the player whenever they stood still for more than 3-5 seconds

I'm the exact same with Jesse Eisenburg or however you spell his name. He is such an irritating actor and he plays the most annoying characters in the world. I can't stand the bloke and don't understand how anybody could like him.

Not sure if unpopular per se, but I don't see it voiced much. I don't really care if an artist's work doesn't compare in subjective quality to previous works, all that matters is whether or not the individual piece is any good as it stands

It pisses me off to no end when people will bitch up a storm regarding LGBT rights, trans awareness, and all that under the pretext of, "They were born with it!" but if you try to use the same arguments for why someone who was born with issues like a mental alignment akin to schizophrenia, those same exact people will state how we need to limit their rights because they aren't fit for society. It's so much "wat" when I hear people go from "LGBTS are born with it, let them have rights!" "oh someone has schizophrenia??? we should throw them into a mental asylum!" and if you bring up statistics showing that most of the reason for "freakouts" is thanks to victimizing and poor medical care for those with issues, people sometimes will step it up and say that those with such issues should be [I]euthanized[/I].

I thought that it would solve all the problems if just got rid of the problem people. I've brought it back way down to just be ok with the death penalty now.
