most of the time those titles are bought by a different person
I don't mean the people who got those titles, I was referring to long titles from the standpoint of the Facepunch devs. I'm fine with titles and all, but why they let anyone make huge abomination titles I'll never understand. [editline]16th November 2015[/editline]
Also if you understand EV and IV training you're probably not a very fun person to be around.
I agreed with or at least respected your opinion until this part.
Super Smash Bros used to be fun when the focus was to play casually with your friends. Now that the focus is on skill and competition rather than button mashing, I think anyone who plays it is a nolife. I think all competitive gaming is stupid and for nolifes as well. Also, excluding weight from muscles, I think there's a positive correlation between BMI and how much someone likes Metal Music. Likewise for neckbeard length The only two games I've put over a hundred hours into were pokemon Heart gold (which I did by completing the two main story lines rather than post-game gameplay), and Garry's Mod (which I did over the course of several years when I was a kid). I think most games are vapid and stupid. Gameplay is honestly not a redeeming factor to me if the art, story, and atmosphere of the game are shit. As a result, I only play a handful of games a year. Among my top 3 are Majora's Mask (over OOT because I hadn't played MM until I had grown up so it's newer for me), Beyond Good and Evil, and Analogue: A Hate Story (good art, awesome soundtrack, cool story telling. Not perfect but the overall atmosphere was very engaging) Pokemon is another game ruined by a focus on competition rather than the fun of the campaign. Also Pokemon X and Y sucked. I dislike the mechanics and I dislike non-tiled movement in a pokemon game. Idk if the new Ruby and Sapphire games had any mechanics like X and Y, but if they did I don't want to play them. Black and White were Okay but HG and SS were the last good ones IMO. Also if you understand EV and IV training you're probably not a very fun person to be around.
It's fine to dislike things but this post just boils down to "Stop liking things I don't like you're all losers" which is not so fine
Isn't that the point of this thread
I really ought to create a bingo board for this thread
Literally get over yourself lol you probably do plenty of shit people find dumb as well
Yeah and if they want they can call me a loser on the internet. I post an unpopular opinion in the unpopular opinions thread and you talk like I'm doing something wrong here...
Nothing wrong with having an unpopular opinion but it doesn't warrent you to be so offensive about it.
Isn't that the point of this thread
No. I started these threads as a place to post unpopular opinions, not a place to shit on others and act above reproach about it.
Nothing wrong with having an unpopular opinion but it doesn't warrent you to be so offensive about it.
True but I'm not trying to convince anyone here. I just wanna say what my opinion is. I'm happy to argue about it here though
The suddenly huge amount of "experts" on the Rousey/Holly fight is fucking dumb, and the weirdo backlash against Ronda is uncalled for.

Disgaea 1 isn't enough to forgive the consequences of Cladun X2's failure. Yeah, I'll admit that it opens the doors for games you won't expect to see on Steam, but Cladun just feels like a permanent scar in the history of PC gaming.
Cars 2 is worst Pixar movie Wall-E and The Incredibles are the best [editline]16th November 2015[/editline]
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czL4V-oKEqs This guy is pretty articulate.
the amazing atheist is like when you take donald trump, make him a poor 25 year old neckbeard, and remove his christianity.
Everyone always forgets about A Bug's Life. Not without reason, I guess.
i despise cats
A Bug's Life 2 hype
Toy Story 3 is without a doubt the best Pixar movie. Only other one that's on the same level is WALL-E.
I'm only on Season 4 (don't care about spoilers) of Game of Thrones, but I dislike this show because they kill all the best characters. I don't just mean the good guys, I mean the only likeable characters. It's to the point where the show in the later seasons has little to nothing to do with the show in the first season, which I hate.
i can't even really watch Game of Thrones because all of the important plot points have already been spoiled to me just by browsing reddit and going on twitch and shit
Halo 3: ODST is an underrated game
While Fallout 3, in my opinion, had terrible writing, The Pitt and Point Lookout were considerably more well written, and showed me that bethesda does have some good writers under their belt.

GoT spoilers are comparable to going in the movie theatre to see Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (2009 movie, 2005 book) waiting for the warner brothers logo to pop up, then screaming "SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDORE" four years after this information was publicly known. [editline]17th November 2015[/editline] dumbledore died 10 years ago now lol
you literally can't spoil GoT
i don't know game of thrones spoilers so yeah I'd say you can spoil it lol how do you even think that someone just suddenly is granted knowledge of a story because it's old?????
i didn't say you know it, but it's entirely your fault for not reading the books and gaining the knowledge upon release. it's like spoiling the lord of the rings or the hobbit you can't
i didn't say you know it, but it's entirely your fault for not reading the books and gaining the knowledge upon release. it's like spoiling the lord of the rings or the hobbit you can't
The books were not at as popular as the show. Most people interested in it haven't read the books, so yeah. It can be spoiled. Sure you can joke about Snape Kills Dumbledore now because that happened years ago and assholes have been spoiling it forever. But that doesn't mean everything after a few years is a-okay to spoil. And Spoiling that shit when the movie came out becuase 'Bluuuuh you should have read the books you filthy philistines " is grade-A cuntery. There are countless people out there who don't know it. Just because you do doesnt give you the right to ruin it for them. It's called being considerate, and if you're not braindead, its really not that hard.
Halo 3: ODST is an underrated game
the story and setting/atmosphere was cool but the squad members were underutilized and i wish it could have gotten a fuller game
i didn't say you know it, but it's entirely your fault for not reading the books and gaining the knowledge upon release. it's like spoiling the lord of the rings or the hobbit you can't
A Game of Thrones (1996) A Clash of Kings (1998) A Storm of Swords (2000) A Feast for Crows (2005) A Dance with Dragons (2011) Especially the latter 3 are still pretty recent and the books only relatively recently gained a large spike in popularity. Also for large periods of time (uncertain as of right now) the tv show was behind the books as it only started airing since 2011. So sorry but the above is just a dumb opinion.
I personally, am a huge star wars fan but I'm tired of all the shilling and product placement everywhere, it just makes me sick.
i didn't say you know it, but it's entirely your fault for not reading the books and gaining the knowledge upon release. it's like spoiling the lord of the rings or the hobbit you can't
I hate this seemingly arbitrary amount of time people have before suddenly it's okay to spoil everything about a book/movie/game/etc. "It's been X amount of years since Y was released, Z dies lol enjoy that relatively recent adaptation" If it was a spoiler X amount of years ago it should always remain a spoiler.
i didn't say you know it, but it's entirely your fault for not reading the books and gaining the knowledge upon release. it's like spoiling the lord of the rings or the hobbit you can't
I'm sorry I didn't read A Game of Thrones when it was published, I was caught up being a fetus and my reading skills weren't so good, I know, my fault
