I guess when my family member gets murdered any emotional reaction I have is an overreaction then, huh? Just because something happens fairly frequently doesn't mean that someone reacting poorly to it is overreacting. It's still a problem even if it happens and if you think otherwise you're completely failing to see the point. Though in your case it seems like you're actively avoiding seeing the point anyways since this has all been explained to you already.

(basically looks like HD ragdoll simulation if we're talking car crashes for example) Someone I care about dying, not so much. Similarly, most spoilers won't ruin anything for anybody, but sometimes people actually don't want to see them. Anything I'm not planning to watch, whatever, I can read a spoiler, it's like reading the synopsis. Some shows have compelling stories and it's just best you don't spoil them, I doubt that happens to you on an hourly basis.

its fine if a discussion goes on for 2 pages or more as long as its on topic (and in this case, the topic is anything thats unpopular, so its fine here) the problem is when it gets unruly and forum rules are being broken. if theres any place to say "i think spoilers dont have to be tagged", it would be this thread. i completely 100% disagree with what pdp was saying, but this is the best place for him/her to say it.

Hey guys lets stop arguing and listen to this opinion: Fallout 4 is a really decent and fun game but it shouldn't have been a fallout game. Bethesda, once known for being [I]the[/I] RPG developer nowadays is [I]the[/I] casual game with rpg inspirations maker, and there's nothing wrong with that. It's just a shame that they're doing it with RPG franchises like TES or Fallout. They should start new IP's, and with that they also could stop pretending to be "evolving" RPG's and just do their thing. Honestly if Fallout 4 wasn't a fallout game, even if they had just called it heavily fallout inspired, I'd be totally happy. Apart from that Beth has their ups and downs. They really should work on their technical department though, e.g. bethbryo being an embarrassment and so on.
