My name is Damien Salvador. So before FP it used to be Dsalvador. Eventually after someone joked i was a Doctor due to the amount of med knowledge i had, they said it should be Drsalvador.

By combining my first and last name.
Some years ago "ief" was already taken on steam, so the first recommended name was "ief015" and I've just been using that since.

Math book on my desk a few years ago (Median) and evolved into putting the first letter of my name into it. Although I used much worse names like Umrro (Yes. Umbro shirt). And today I occasionally use Phynx, which was the name of my first python program.

Well, I came up with it in... 2007, back when I would play Animal Crossing:Wild World constantly. My character was named "sasha" (No caps). And seeing as I was about ten years old at the time, I got the name Sasha from the Bratz doll. But that's no longer important.
I found a lovely forum (Animal Crossing Community. Quite nice, unless the mods decide to be paranoid assholes). Well, upon joining the site, I learned that just "sasha" was already taken (by a user who hadn't logged on since 2006.). So, in a stroke of genius, I thought "Well, the character sasha is me, so therefore, sashaisme!". Typed it into the box, it was available, I joined the site, and after a series of events since then, here I am.
I use it on most websites. However, I'm inactive on all but a few nowadays.
I noticed wafflecopter sounded really close to roflcopter so I just took it.

When I first started playing oblivion I needed a name for my dark elf assassin, And because I couldn't think of a name, I turned to my mother who also played oblivion at the time, she had a character named "earth-walker" because she walked everywhere, So I named my guy "shadow-walker" and he was my favorite characters, And the name just stuck.

I was joining serrebi forums (the big pokemon one) so i thought i would have a pokemon username, unlike my usual name, mage357 (partialy stole from a friends runescape name that was mage4rage434) anyway, I took my fave pokemon; absol, a breif description of him and me :smith: alone, and added 111 becuase I couldnt be bothered to think up anything else.
