A hell of a lot better than the 3 Mbps we were paying for in the old place (and I was lucky to see 1/2 of that speed).

It's supposed to be 16 mb but It only reaches 1.6 mb 3 times a month and the rest is 200 kb, for some reason

TWC was supposed to upgrade my speeds up to 50 mb/s sometime in May but has actually done fuck all. [sp]I hate this fucking company[/sp]

On a good day I get 20/dl and 10/ul
When you realise the fastest internet speed available in Malaysia does not even confirm to the broadband standards of today.
I usually use Testmy.net though, it seems to be much more accurate and reports in more detail.

Makes me wonder if there's something wrong on my end, considering it says I'm doing slower than 99% of Time Warner's average
And Ookla's test kept showing my wired speed, which is much higher than my wireless

For once I'm actually getting the promised speed I paid for.

For $250 a month.
Although in fairness to Comcast, that is only a fraction of what the household gets. I share this network with roughly 20 other wi-fi connected devices including cable and blu-ray boxes, so in truth the full speed is more like 250 mbps on a good day.
Still, I am so jealous of you goddamn Japanese. Like, we rebuilt your country and then you surpassed us an now you just shit all over us technologically. We created a monster.
