The shotcycler-6 from Daikatana, it's an automatic shotgun that's powerful enough that you can just it to jump higher, in a similar way to the FaN in TF2
But the best part is that it has two modes: fire no shells or fire [B]ALL[/B] the shells
In other words whenever you try to use this gun, whether you hold the fire button or you quickly tap it, it's going to empty its entire clip in quick succession!

I am certain that 1 second after this screenshot was taken the men were turned into something that could only be cleaned up with a mop. The USAS-12 in Soldier of Fortune 2 was such brutal gun that made such horrible messes that I'd occasionally avoid using it.

My personal favorite shotgun I've ever used in a video game. Killing Floors HSG-1 shotgun. Easy to use bright iron sights, on the fly adjustable bullet spread and magazine loaded.

Runners up are the boomsticks from Torchlight 2. Insane knockback, effective stun. Good way to cut off a hallway.

And the shotgun from Mirrors Edge. It wasn't anything special and by that I mean it [i]really[/i] wasn't anything special. The magic came from the stylish disarms fallowed by a few free shots on whoever happened to be nearby before tossing the thing and running away. Fun to blast people off buildings with.

God yes. The weaponry in Mirror's Edge was kind of secondary to the gameplay, and thus nothing to write home about, but pushing some unlucky riot cop over the edge of some scaffolding by disarming him in glorious slow-motion was always a blast.
Only guns i thoroughly enjoyed in the game were the MP-9 and the M1911, mostly for being pleasing to the eye, and for the fact that they didn't limit your mobility whatsoever.
