I saw Andy McCoy at Linnanmäki many many many years ago.
I guess it doesn't count as actually meeting, but my classmate's dad's friend played Lurtz from Lord of the Rings. I did meet Edwin van der Sar once though.
My brother met Terry Crews, Jerry Seinfeld, played an extra for an episode of 'Cory In The House', lived with Jake Thomas (I met him too!) and... well, more things that I fail to remember. :shobon:
I was once visiting my cousin on Miami, and we went to a cafe and met Dwayne Wade, we talked for a while, he gave me his autograph and everything. Pretty cool guy, not an arrogant dick like Lebron.
Met Adam Hart-Davis (UK science documentary host) at a lecture he gave at HP labs in Bristol. Also saw Jamie Oliver at the Good Food Show, he ran past about a row below my seat. I used to live near Sting, as well - drove past his mansion hundreds of times. Never saw him though.
Brendan Gleeson. Also my dead grandmother's house in Dublin was bought by one of those twats from U2.
My dad's met Bon Jovi and Richie Sombora. Got an autographed T-shirt from them and he left it in a bathroom :saddowns: I've met Tom Coughlin (Giants Head Coach) at a training camp. I got Ken Daneyko's autograph at a Devils game. My mom ran into Scott Stevens (used to be a Defenceman for the Devils) on her way to the bathroom at a Devils game as well. Haven't met any actors though or any encounters that I can remember.
I met Ricky Ponting and Tony Abbott once. On separate occasions of course.
Mayor Of L.A Antonio Villaraigosa
I met the creator of Pong, I was young, though, so I barely remember any of it.
Dimebag Darrell just weeks before he was killed
Ralphie May
Derek Ogilvie Probably. And a Dutch actress and host (Nicolette van Dam) when I was in London with my friends.
I was snowboarding in New York with my cousins and while we were waiting for our rentals, Adam Sandler came in the rental shop. The long wait resulted in my cousins and I having snippets of conversation with him.
Good mates with Jerry Scheff, the bassist for Elvis. He's got some kick ass sound system, and listening to him Jam is great, poor guy is going deaf now though.
Adam Levine. He was sitting behind us in a restaurant in LA.
oh yeah I also met Ian Anderson a few years ago, and my dad met him a few times in the 70's and stuff. and for those who don't know who Ian Anderson is:
