I have lived here since i was 7 years old and NOT ONCE have i seen an alligator.

it's actually really nice but yeah don't ever live there, it is a nice place to visit though. hard to find parking, and hard to find housing.
the bay area is currently experiencing a really bad influx of people and as a result it is being gentrified and housing is getting crazy expensive. the less people we have moving in here the better so that our housing market can adjust properly and let prices go down.
not to mention traffic SUUCKS

SF is like the most expensive city in the US now. Oakland is chill though if you live in the right neighborhood.
From where I've been in Florida (Panama City), it was pretty great. Dunno how it is farther down.
