Anyone know how to change the titlebar color in Windows 10? I realized that part of the reason everything seems so bright is that even after having set my color through personalize->colors it doesn't affect the colors of titlebars. Didn't realize this at first because the two programs I have visible most (Steam and Firefox) don't use Windows' titlebars. (The other part was that f.lux's settings had been reset and I had to reactivate the extend range feature.)
Microsoft doesn't seem all that interested in really letting you personalize how things look as much as they allowed on Windows 7. You only have a swatch of colors to choose from now and they don't even affect a lot of things.
