Some of it is really good. Like macrobiotic diets really teach you how to use spices and stuff but the idea of eating like raw tree bark is kind of odd if you did not grow up with it being a semi-normal, yet aware of the absurdity, thing.

it's for this reason i've completed maybe 2 whole stealth games

i always feel like i'm not doing it right if i don't sneak thru the whole thing so i always hit restart if i get seen and then i get annoyed and bored

i mean there is the dark mod but i'm personally not a fan of the way that game handles

thief 2 is still the pinnacle of the genre

The Arkham games are great for this. Pop out a vent, punch a dude, then grapple up to a perch in the rafters and watch the other dudes freak out.
