i do think its UI is ugly as fuck, i also disagree with a lot of the default settings that report data but i will admit those can be turned off
i heavily disagree with being unable to disable windows update entirely and i really dislike it removing software it flags as incompatible whether i like it or not

Contact someone, suicide watch, counselor, therapist, doctor, cops, parents, whatever, and then end your relationship. Trust me, being in a relationship just out of fear of your partner's health is horrible, and you will just be miserable. Any one who wouldn't date you because they heard a rumor about you having a "small dick etc etc" would not of ended in a fulfilling relationship in the first place either, so that stuff should not phase you.
