it's fun as fuck with awesome combat systems, really creative companion ideas, a world that ranges from being well done high fantasy to batshit nuts, a one of the best endgames i can think of
there's nothing quite like climbing on a drake as it starts flying or seeing the havoc a cockatrice can wreak, and the only thing more satisfying than finally killing a giant monster is the actual gameplay while you're doing it
