FP taught me a valuable lesson about self-awareness, but it's still just another mediocre forum. Yet, your opinions matter the most to me for some reason.

I'm so ingrained with the layout and sense of personality with avatars and people that I'm gonna miss it should/when we change to the new site.
Considering I've been here for about a decade now, I'd have to say it's probably the best community I've ever been part of. The users here are diverse, usually really cool and not horrendously awkward to read their posts. Everyone is helpful and pretty funny. The people who suck get banned pretty quick, so user quality is maintained. Plus the shitposting is just the right amount.
I'd say I love it here, but I don't want to get mushy about it.
edit: oh and we can talk about our penises and shit and no one judges us.
FP is a huuuuge ingrained thing in my life.
It's a great site. In need of a lot of improvements and I have a lot of little niggles with it but it's good. I'm excited for FP 2.0, except for you-know-what I think it'll be a fresh start in a lot of ways we need.
Too much hug box mentality for my liking, I think some reasons people have been banned for are borderline retarded when I've witnessed the people doing the banning make posts on par with the same reason for the ban but I'm not about to speak out because I know how that always ends. Other than that I find it enjoyable and usually check out the news from here directly and the screenshots forum, I still play Garry's Mod to this day and it's nice to see the game still alive with a community for so long.
