All life is sacred according to the Quran, killing someone is like killing mankind and you are a sinner if you take the life of another human being. Obviously, there are some pieces of the quran that can be bent so that they justify killing, but hopefully you can see that such things are being abused by people with an agenda so it's not really represantive for Islam itself. Hell, Islam isn't a religion that has any priests or any other sort of hierachy like christianity so islam is basically a religion that relies solely on how the people intepret it, and you can hopefully understand why it then becomes a problem to talk about Islam as a whole.

I mean, fuck. They invaded Afghanistan to destroy terrorism and all they got was more terrorism because you can't fight terrorism like a conventional war.
