There's really so many, but this is the one I always come back to.

Same game but for me it's this one:

A lot of the comments say what I feel already but basically: this was that moment where you go into the creepy abandoned industrial back areas with schizophrenic writing and images painting the walls, and you realize that there's way more to this place than you can see. It's like you just open a whole new layer of the world that you didn't know existed.
I love the Portal series so very much.
Mass Effect games had some brilliant sounds

Man, the fucking scene this song plays in is legit one of my best video game moments ever. The buildup, possibility for destruction and just level-design in that area is amazing.
Mmm, there's three that stand out above all others, that I find myself playing on my phone at work. Well, more than three, but I'm only going to link three as three of the five are so similar that one will represent them well enough.

50 minutes of fucking badass instrumental metal. What's not to like?

Mmm. K-DST. I'd probably listen to Radio-X as well but there isn't really a video of it like this one, so I can't. USed to be, and I did when it was up.

Awoooooo! It's me, Three Dawwwg, with all the news your little hearts can handle!. Ahh. Galaxy News Radio. This station, despite having a laughably short tracklist, is easily better than the majority of actual stations on American FM airwaves!
Honorable mentions: Radio New Vegas and Diamond City Radio.
Got Move from GTA Online Power Play mode

I have plenty more favorites, this is just 3 of them
I think the Unatco Peace theme in DX is widly accepted to be one of its best tracks, but I personally like the Unatco Returns track that plays when you are lets say leaving the place for the last time and wondering where the loyalties of your friends lie

Paper Mario and Bloodborne are pretty much tied for me. Monster Hunter 3U is a close third.

Can't really choose between this and the BFG Division.
anything from the HellMOOSIC volumes in general but especially the necropolis track from vol. 1
Forest Interlude from DKC2, everybody loves the music from this series especially the water level from 1 and Stickerbrush Symphony, but I kept going back to this one after playing it recently.
Ahead On Our Way from FFVII has a really charming melody.
Buried in Snow is another great one that's less obvious.
The Hymn of the Fayth from FFX is a ridiculously strong melody that transcends the often awkward game that it's in.
The idea to have it come back throughout the game sung by different people and different harmonizations was genius. The normal/magus sisters, Shiva, and full choir Spira versions are especially good.
Remorse from HLM2 always struck me as a super-authentic sounding track.
I really like Around as well even though it's kind of one-note.
The Dark Souls menu is the perfect prelude to dark fantasy world that compliments the lore better than probably any soundtrack I've heard and is probably in my top three game tracks of all time.
The Demon's Souls menu is like the end of time, like peacefully watching the sun sink and burn out over a totally devastated landscape or something crazy like that.
The music from the early Castlevania games is recently something else.
Dracula's Curse has this simultaneous feeling of dread and bad-assness that's pretty cool
E.g. the menu theme or Demon Seed
The Third music choice from NES Tetris is seriously overlooked compared to the Russian themes.
My favorite game of all time is a very unheard of PS2 gem called "Steambot Chronicles," this is my favorite song from the game, aka the ending song.

Surprised i still enjoy it, consider how long I've spent listening to it on repeat...
I feel like my favorite changes too often because I play games to death and burn out on them, but here's a few I love:
