Fahrenheit 451. Fucking love it.
Great book. Also, 1984, though it's probably been said in this thread. I was affected by both those books. But as for my favorite? Easy- Fools Die, By Mario Puzo. Fantastic read, and it changed my life forever. And I've read my fair share of novels.
Ill read books if its from my own will. If it is an assignment to read it, I hate doing it
1984. Easily.
Enders Game. Seriously, its an amazing book.

The Warriors Series. Mostly Bluestars Prophecy: And Warriors: Into the Wild. Not to mention the Pendragon series:

I've read this book at least 15 times. It never gets old, and it's actually very realistic.

Thought the same about Enders Game when I read it in school. I actually didn't like most of what I read in school, but Lord of the Flies really stuck with me.
Battle Royale Jurassic Park Calvin & Hobbes Complete
Jurassic park was marvelous. Just finished it. Now I'm reading another Michael Crichton book, "Timeline." I'd say he's my favorite author.
I like War and Peace. Really meaty with an epic story arc. Read it like a bunch of times and will again.
Lord of the Flies. Pendragon Series. Animal Farm. The Hobbit. Cujo. Comes the Blind Fury. The Graveyard Book. The Book Thief. The Diary of Anne Frank The Catcher in the Rye. The Call of the Wild. Treasure Island. etcetc I like books! : D
Several of my favourite books include: Magician - Raymond E. Feist (He's written numerous books, and the Magician is the first in a three part series, so if you like that, the next two books are worth the read as well). Eragon - Christopher Paolini (This is the first book in a four part series (the fourth is currently unreleased)). Both are Fantasy Books.
Any book in the Ender`s Game series, but mostly these two [img_thumb]http://ktuttle.omnisitebuilder.com/_files/Image/xenocide.jpg[/img_thumb][img_thumb]http://www.coverbrowser.com/image/bestselling-sci-fi-fantasy-2007/478-1.jpg[/img_thumb] and 1984 [img_thumb]http://bookcoverarchive.com/images/books/1984.large.jpg[/img_thumb] [editline]09:14AM[/editline] Also: [img_thumb]http://www.yourlibrary.ws/ya_webpage/ritba/ritba04/scorpion.jpg[/img_thumb]

This and all that follows in its footsteps. Only the ones with British covers that is.
Shadow over Innsmouth by H.P. Lovecraft. Fuck yeah.
Reading it atm, it's fantastic!
I can't believe no one even mentioned these books (unless I missed something). They are excellent, and I can't wait to read the sixth book in the "trilogy". It's apparently not written by Adams himself because he died, but it should still be good, I hope. (I'm sorry, Google didn't find any good images.)
Mine is a marvelous compilation of J.D. Salinger's best work. I'm mainly into the classics, but I also love sci-fi and philosophy, my favorite sci-fi authors being Robert A. Heinlein, Neal Stephenson, Harry Turtledove and Douglas Adams.
Reading this atm too
A kid in my school read this book and believed every word of it. I am aware that technically seen - a zombie apocalypse could easily happen, but stashing canned food under your bed is a bit far-off, right? (that's what he does)
I really like Of Mice and Men
I hated that book.
