hahahhaaah, at first when i saw the new work roster i was mad about losing 3 shifts a fortnight but now i'm just enjoying it.
you see, my brother usually does the rosters for work but the practice manager got complaints saying that he was favouring his friends and giving them more shifts than anyone else. so the practice manager decided to start doing them, in turn i lose a few shifts, however, it completely fucked everyone else over. my brother has more hours than he used to, all his friends still retain the same amount of hours.
the only difference is that everyone else has weekend shifts and shifts they requested not to work.
