Hello I'm also a flashing letters
I am a fan.
Pretty much everyone in my area likes the Kings.
Well except for one dude who has the biggest hard on for the Ducks.
I like the Ducks because we don't have a pro team in Virginia.
[editline]8th June 2015[/editline]
Also I putzed around Anaheim for a few weeks a couple years ago.

yea their affiliate team is (or was i guess) in norfolk right?
the admirals
i get confused because there were two teams in the AHL called the admirals
[editline]8th June 2015[/editline]
most hockey fans i see from virginia are caps fans but the ducks make sense too
Hello I'm also a flashing letters
I'd use a Warhammer avatar, but someone's already using orks. Can't do anyone else because orks is the best.

Technically you're a flashing letter, singular.
Plopping into bed and just going the fuck to sleep really does feel great, even if your mattress is stiff as a board

ah this is ok then!
[editline]8th June 2015[/editline]
does peanut butter on toasted whole-wheat bread (w/ a glass of milk) sound like a healthy snack because it's been my go-to when i'm hungry at midnight and don't want to actually make anything

Yeah it doesn't sound too bad.
Just depends on how much peanut butter you put on it.

that's pretty good but unless you have a specific reason for the milk (and only if you're doing whatever you can to be healthier) you might wanna cut it
liquid calories are a big reason people are eating less healthy than they think they are :eng101:
Speaking of liquid calories I just barely now noticed that I never really drink soda or milk anymore.
Its mainly just been water, black coffee, and iced tea for me.

the milk is only due to it being the absolute best thing to wash it down with.

this is basically me 99% of most days (no iced tea tho) and it's surprising just how much healthier you end up being cutting soda out of your diet (after the first week you end up not even wanting it anymore).

i honestly haven't drank soda regularly in years
i mean i'll have it every now and then but only diet or whatever
milk i never really drank alone and i'll usually only just have skim (or fat free if that's not the same thing) when i'm having cereal or something just because i don't care about the milk in that situation but cereal in actual water is gross
black coffee is most definitely an acquired taste tho, i like it but i totally get why a lot of people don't
unsweetened iced tea is 10000% my jam. hot tea too. i just really like tea.
I just had chocolate milk for the first time in like...shit I dunno, months.

I never drink diet because of the aspartame that's in it. Usually when I have soda its clear stuff like 7up or Sprite since they're not AS bad as a cola or mountain dew.

this word just reminded me of something REALLY REALLY important.
if any of you guys in US have ever been to a texas roadhouse restaurant DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT touch the bread there if you care about your health at all it's insanely horrible for you (and i think there's that aspartame crap in it??)
I drink at least one pint of milk every day with dinner, and a cup of coffee in the morning, maybe one in the afternoon if I feel tired. I only ever drink soda if I go out to eat, so whenever I have it it's a treat, since I also only eat out once or twice a month.
I've also never even stepped foot in a mcdonalds, burger king, or pretty much any fast food chain you can name except for Burgerville, and I haven't gone there in probably a year. :v:
i like to only drink water, coffee and beer.
i occasionally have a can of dr pepper but thats all.

it's funny, i never used to have a problem with aspartame but recently i've started to realize a lot of drinks that would leave me with a gross feeling in my mouth all had aspartame in common
there's 2 lemonade drinks (both 'light' or whatever) that i like and i stopped buying one of them when i realized that one has aspartame and the other has cane sugar and the former would leave me with a gross filmy feeling in my mouth afterwards
but i rarely ever drink soda anyway so even if aspartame is bad it's not like i'm drinking it often at all
i've been experimenting with teas like green, red bush, peppermint and chamomile and they're all so wonderful that it's basically just them, water and soy milk now.
recommend peppermint and chamomile for their super calming effects.
Be sure to drink your milk.

Yeah every once in a while isn't enough to do any damage its when you compulsively drink it.
soda is the wurst.
My interview is today.
I told u to go to bed early tonight and you refuse to listen

even then, no harm has been found in consuming aspartame. lab animals fed 4,000mg/kg everday in their lifetime has shown no signs of damage from it for example

i honestly wasn't even talking about health stuff personally
i just realized it's kinda gross
also you probably have more to worry about than aspartame if you compulsively drink soda in the first place
