I have feeling like this too, whenever I confront with strangers. Me and my mom used to train myself to feel more confident about speaking. It just doesn't really work when my stomach starts to act crazy. The therapy I took only helped me little, but it's not worse to a panic attack.
You're a cool dude from what I can judge. I'm sure you will find someone that understands your feelings good.
Sorry if I wasn't a big of a help.
Should I make a Southwestern Style Frozen Pizza?

It's totally cool. My post was less about wanting help and more just to vent. Haven't been to my therapist in a while but at this point he can't really do much for me other than listen to me talk about how afraid I am and about how much I hate panic attacks :v:

I just found a treasure trove of avatars, I scrounged up 40 tonight, and I still have dozens of pages of candidates to sift though.

Damn dude *smokes spliff*
I just realized that after posting my big sad post, my earlier post about losing weight isn't as nice as it seems. I lost almost 100lbs because I'm sick all the time and I don't eat very much anymore.

I used to have really bad anxiety from age 14-19 where I would feel the same way about people staring/judging/etc and I used to have the worst fear of leaving the house. I would sweat profusely through my shirts and Id have a horrible time trying to breathe.
At one point, I was having seizures during the day when I tried to lay down and close my eyes to calm down. I was also having painful sharp jabs in my chest and my heart would stop and start a lot. (its been happening lately again)
I never told my mom though because she threatened to throw me in a psyche ward after my then ex bf told on me for telling him I wanted to commit suicide when I was 16 and then someone I dated when I was 18 called the police after I threatened to again and they showed up at my house.. not my greatest years..
Then, after leaving home, I coped with my depression in the worst way. I started binge drinking (I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS) and having a lot of sex after deciding to lose my virginity at 21.
I would black out a lot and it was not something I ever want anyone to go through.
Lately, I have waves of horrible doom and suicide come over me but I just sit and let it pass. Im not using anymore vices and I have come to understand why I feel this way but sometimes there isn't any explanation.
This girl I know told me that white bread can cause your serotonin levels to be bad. So, I don't eat bread and I drink a lot of water. Anything to help, even if it is a placebo effect or not.

Oh then, probably drinking (only take drinks from very trusted friends), music, dancing, inside jokes, if it's anything like my friends' parties, billiards, and much more. Just stay safe and have fun.

HERE IS YOUR INTERVIEW HELP/ADVICE
*NOTE: You DO NOT need to ask all these questions! Just the most relevant!
10 Questions You Might Ask In a Job Interview
1. What skills and experiences would make an ideal candidate?
This is a great open-ended question that will have the interviewer put his or her cards on the table and state exactly what the employer is looking for. If the interviewer mentions something you didn’t cover yet, now is your chance.
2. What is the single largest problem facing your staff and would I be in a position to help you solve this problem? This question not only shows that you are immediately thinking about how you can help the team, it also encourages the interviewer to envision you working at the position.
3. What have you enjoyed most about working here?
This question allows the interviewer to connect with you on a more personal level, sharing his or her feelings. The answer will also give you unique insight into how satisfied people are with their jobs there. If the interviewer is pained to come up with an answer to your question, it’s a big red flag.
4. What constitutes success at this position and this firm or nonprofit?
This question shows your interest in being successful there and the answer will show you both how to get ahead and whether it is a good fit for you.
5. Do you have any hesitations about my qualifications?
I love this question because it’s gutsy. Also, you’ll show that you’re confident in your skills and abilities.
6. Do you offer continuing education and professional training?
This is a great positioning question, showing that you are interested in expanding your knowledge and ultimately growing with the employer.
7. Can you tell me about the team I’ll be working with?
Notice how the question is phrased; it assumes you will get the job. This question also tells you about the people you will interact with on a daily basis, so listen to the answer closely.
8. What can you tell me about your new products or plans for growth?
This question should be customized for your particular needs. Do your homework on the employer’s site beforehand and mention a new product or service it’s launching to demonstrate your research and interest. The answer to the question will give you a good idea of where the employer is headed.
9. Who previously held this position?
This seemingly straightforward question will tell you whether that person was promoted, quit, fired or retired. That, in turn, will provide a clue to: whether: there’s a chance for advancement; employees are unhappy; the place is in turmoil or the employer has workers around your age.
10. What is the next step in the process?
This is the essential last question and one you should definitely ask. It shows that you’re interested in moving along in the process and invites the interviewer to tell you how many people are in the running for the position.
PRESENT-PAST-FUTURE
When they ask you to describe yourself, they don't want your life story. Don't get nervous and say random things! Its alright to have things written down as well!
What do I mean by present, past, future??
Present - Start by explaining where you are now with your current job situation or skills; then
Past - carefully segue into what you've accomplished, where you've worked and the skills and experiences you've faced.
Future - Exclaim why you want the job you are currently applying to.
Practice this! Write it down in your own words! Say it out loud to proof read.
Answering Interview Questions
In my opinion, when an interviewer literally asks, "why should I hire you," I feel like they are attacking me
and asking me the worlds dumbest question. I don't think any interviewer should even ask that belittling question...
I digress..
Im going to have to come back to this part because I want to find my book and write down what I wrote.

For some reason this is my favorite part out of all the Harry Potter Movies.

5. Do you have any hesitations about my qualifications?
I love this question because it’s gutsy. Also, you’ll show that you’re confident in your skills and abilities.
the rest are pretty good but i really really really do not like this one. it's gutsy, sure, but now you're making them take another look at your qualifications / resume and look for something wrong with it. this could be a big detriment for positions that are really specific and require a high amount of skill and i feel the risks FAR outweigh the rewards.
I'm going to a party thursday....I've never been to a party before I don't know what to expect.
The first time I went to a "party" party, I brought a bottle of rum with me and managed to down the whole thing in the first few hours of the party, which then led to me drunkenly telling everyone that I was a brony and raving at them about mlp.
So yeah, probably don't do that.
[sp2]Disclaimer: I never was a brony. I used to watch the show, but it got shit and I never really cared for it that much anyway.[/sp2]
