I ingested almost 500 grams of sugar today. What the fuck. It's really easy to have too much when it is in pineapple syrup. I added that syrup to rum, put it over finely crushed ice in a hollowed out pineapple, and garnished it with tropical fruit. Holy shit it was delicious, but I had to stop because I started to feel sick, and then I realized how much sugar it was.

NO THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE THAT FILE WAS NEVER ON THIS HARD DRIVE WHERE DID THIS COME FROM? SADNESS GHOSTS??
