I don't necessarily live happy every day, like every day I always end up worrying about something from the past or something in the future. I never really feel with pure certainty that I am worth anything or that I'll ever contribute what I want to the world. More often than not, I don't really like existing or the responsibilities that come with it.
But despite all that, I am actually am happy with my life. I live comfortably, and despite problems in the past that i still think about, things are generally calm. I have a lot of friends who i'm pretty certain care about me, or at least they all want me to think they do and that's something. I've experienced a lot of bad feelings but ive also experienced a lot of good feelings and the experience of them both is fascinating to me and to be honest i wouldn't be able to feel as happy when i feel happy if I didn't deal with all the pain before.
I guess the short version is, I'm not always happy to live but I am happy with my life overall
waht the fuck i enrolled to my classes the second they were available and the class i wanted was still full.

You can have predispositions to it I think, like my family is very prone to clinical depression and bipolar disorder and most of them are on some kind of medication for it
