I was just put on a cocktail of different medications based on what I told my psychiatrist I was dealing with, most of which either had no effect, or made me much worse after only one dose. I'm not on anything right now, but things have gotten to the point where I basically can't live my life normally.
This is made worse by the fact that there is some seriously scary shit in my family in the form of multiple people suffering from moderate to severe schizophrenia.

Look up 'Anatomy of an Epidemic' by Robert Whitaker. It's a tad boring midway through as it gets a bit repetitive, but it is very thorough in its methodology and sources. Highly recommend to anyone currently on medication.
