First ban was Garry disagreeing with me with something I can't remember because it was in 2008 and the latest was about 3 years ago when I called a dude a "dumbass" for asking why anyone would spend money on their car in a car enthusiast forum...
Not one ban in the 7 years I've been here.

Just once. I didn't notice the "report, don't reply" rule, and ended up getting myself banned for a day.

My most recent ban was something I deserved. It was a pretty terrible post.
I count 37 in the past ~5.5 years, I had an alt a long long long time ago that's been banned a few times too. And I've been banned tons of times before it started being recorded for us to see. It used to be so much easier to get banned back in the day.
I got autoperma'd once for saying "omg"
Once for asking which Total War I should buy like 2 years ago, and once during a mod meltdown (can't remember who) where everyone was banned.
Twice, very shortly after joining. Probably because I didn't lurk at the time, and I was younger. I've been lucky though, the few times I've made mistakes with thread placement, the mods have been nice and just locked the thread/moved it.
Twice, because of my idiocy. First one was a long post with an image macro. I thought I could get away with it because I had text with my post, but nope.
Second one was a fucking stupid video macro which I still regret. I'm sure I haven't been banned in a year though so that's good.
Three times, one for shitposting, one for quoting a shock image, and third for flaming thatwas shortened cuz i apologized like a good boy.

3. Two for image macros, once for posting in a ban-me.
8 times on a old account that I had (Undescriptive thread title (x2, as well as an extend), wrong subforum, crap thread, 'do my homework' thread, Asking For Ratings, meme shit, and why reply). I stopped using it because I got logged out and I forgot my password, so I just made a new one. :v:
