last few days i've been falling asleep for like an hour, around 630 ish. then i wake up around 730, and go to bed for a few hours

its kinda nice getting a bump of sleep early, but i dont know if its healthy to split my portions of sleeping up like this. atleast i can wake up at more reasonable hours better
