You have to prep yourself and make sure you have atleast 2 days to yourself where you know you arent going anywhere otherwise you risk shitting your pants in public. I plan on going to a doctor and asking them about it first because i feel like i need to do something like this. But right now, im drinking raw apple cider vinegar with orange juice and drinking real ginger tea.
