Wait woah, did you lose your virginity to him or am I just being a retard?
None, the comment you think I posted is an illusion, it never happened. I don't know what you're talking about. Lets forgett it all.
Playing GTA EFLC and GTA IV multiplayer with my cousin. It was just so fun to harass other players by throwing C4 at them out of a van, then speeding away and detonating them.
Playing the KOTOR mod on battlefront 2 with my old clan.
Finding Kanto in Pokemon Silver. It blew my 5 year old mind...
Resistance and Liberation, messing around on a realism server when people started following me around. Giving orders etc, pretty fun.
ocarina of time in general
Grand theft auto san andreas i had so much fun with that game
Unlocking characters in super smash brothers.
The Spyro and Crash games. Spyro 3 specifically though. Love that game. Wish I still had it.
Coming across the first Hybrid in System Shock 2. I was 12 and scared. Getting mouth-raped by a facehugger in the AvP 2 demo. I was 9 and mentally scarred. Playing Project Reality 0.75, Basrah Insurgency as UK. Squad got pinned down in a ditch while everything exploded around us.
LANning up Serious Sam: The Second Encounter from start to finish during the Free Weekend.
Sitting round my autistic best mate's house when I was 5 or 6, eating garlic bread and playing mario cart 64 and war gods. I remember that he didn't like the crusts of the garlic bread so he gave them to me.
Unboxing my first Unusual Hat in TF2 (Blizzard El Jefe) Finishing Metroid: Prime at 100% for the first time, and unlocking the bonus cutscene at the end [sp]where Dark Samus gets spawned from Prime's corpse[/sp]. Come to think of it, Metroid: Prime was the best game of my childhood.
Agreed. For me it was beating my favorite GameCube games (Netflix Prime, Sunshine and Windwaker), as well as the first time I saw the citadel in Half Life 2. Intimidating as shit.
Playing the final level of Halo: Combat Evolved when I was like, 10, I think? I had a really old PC at the time, that couldn't run it properly, so the entire level was in slow motion. Still the most memorable thing I've played in games. I also remember many a good time in Gmod making suspension cars and planes.
Also, the first time I played Crysis on my i7/580 build. Good lord, everything was so smooth, I had been so used to 20-30fps being the norm, it was like a whole new world.
Beating the Stronghold Crusader campaign. BEST. ENDING.
from my childhood i guess my most memorable experiences were playing pokemon ruby, chrono trigger (emulator) and superstar saga. also playing mario galaxy for the first time when it came out, still my favourite game ever. a more recent one would be braid, another one of my favourites.
Republic Commando. The whole game was so tits when I was younger.
Playing Company of Heroes with a friend online. We're playing against the CPU. The map we pick has a river close to our bases so naturally we build a shitload of defenses there. We get our asses handed to us royally by Stugs and shit like that on the other side of the river so we fall back. For three hours we defended that river. That entire time I was slowly building a shitload of howitzers (I would send a few infantry forward to defend causing them to lose their lives and allow more pop space) and my friend was building a bunch of tanks. We unleashed hell on the Germans. I repeatedly bombarded them then my friend would send his tanks forward. By the end of the match the map was reduced to a few thousand craters.
Getting all fourteen Emeralds in Sonic 3&K. No regrets. [editline]Awww[/editline] And then my acheivement was downput by an instant 100%er by inserting the cartridges juuuust right. What did I waste the time for?
The highrise level in Soldier of Fortune 2. Or just the entire game in general. The beach-landing in Medal of Honor: Frontline The beach-landing in Killzone 2 It seems beach-landing scenes seem to stick for me.
Playing STALKER and jamming up my gun in the middle of fight.
My first encounter with a Bear on Red Dead Redemption. I screamed like a little girl.
I was able to beat Giga Bowser in SSBM with jigglypuff. As an 11 year old at the time, it was my greatest accomplishment. Shame I go back and play and fucking suck.
Dayz when my brother and our group got our first helicopter repaired. We we're so excited, but the helicopter was in a [v]VERY small clearing surrounded by a forest, with our camp up the hill a ways. Me and a friend of ours standing 20 yards away hoping to god my brother could fly that out of there. After seeing him start to wobble a little bit we fall back, right when the rotor knicks a tree and the fucking thing explodes. Both my brother and friend were killed instantly, and I was laughing my fucking ass off.
Playing Oblivion with a friend with my character. He could run super fast and jump very high because I had both up those up to 150 with the help of enchantments. We called him 'Roofrunner' because we would go to every city and try to freerun to the roof of every building. Was fun as hell, shame my friend moved.
I played far cry 3 and i found out about the animals. I then proceeded turned into a poacher. Also earthbound zero and earthbound, That shit was amazing. Nothing is going to beat donkey kong though. Beating spyhunter and crash bandicoot and the original red faction. I could never get over the destruction in red faction.
Playing Tomb Raider III for the first time as an impressionable young British seven-year-old boy, and admiring her mammoth melons in all their virtual glory.
The battle with the Peace Walker in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.
