This guy is a total boss.
Killed an infamous Ork Warboss and took his power claw and told the techpriests to graft it onto his own arm. Because of this he became a legend among the orks, feared. Orks don't fear much. They said that just by looking at an Ork he can kill it. So when he lost his eye in battle, he had the techpriests stick a damn laser in his skull so he can make that true.
This guy has more balls than any space marine I can think of.

Best part is that they have infinite ammo of whatever weapon they're holding. It's so much fun to jump in a warthog with them and give the passenger a rocket launcher.

I like how Handsome Jack starts off as a dumb, immature, overconfident villain who pretends to be a hero, but then you discover that he's way more clever than you first thought, and that he's so crazy that he [I]really believes[/I] he's the hero.

I prefer the Yoshimitsu from the Soul Calibur series seeing as he actually speaks, his fighting style is wacky, cool and is carried over across both Soul Calibur and Tekken, throughout the Soul Calibur games he tends to have some of the wittier lines among the cast.
