The scenes/dialogues with Vaas are the best in the whole game. The voice actor did a perfect job with him. He's not crazy because "lol it'd be cool if the bad guy was crazy as fuck", I mean it is, but there's a story and a reason for his insanity that is really well told, which even sometimes makes his whole story kinda sad. Just a brilliant fucking character. [sp]I actually felt really bad for killing him.
