The best way to get back at your ex is to become successful and if you are able to have a few days with your son every once in awhile, make him love you more.
I was accused for holding a knife up to my ex girlfriends throat, did I do it? No. I had 6 different felony charges for what she told the police.
So, what did you do, then?
And were you clear of any crimes or charges after spending all that time in lock up?
[editline]10th June 2013[/editline]
maybe I should have read the thread more, it's 6 pages already soz lol
Can you not go back and see her with a microphone hidden or something and ask her why she lied and tell her your life is ruined, and maybe she'll admit something you can take to the police?
Is that even legal?
Have you seen your ex-girlfriend since the incident?
I would have thought that she'd had to show up in court to testify against you. If she did, did she look even remotely regretful of what she did/was going to do to you?
Also, how will you contact your son? Are you allowed to see them after some period of time? Will you?

Ehh, seeing her at this point is risky, and the laws regarding recording conversations differ between states. I know in Georgia, only one party has to be aware of the recording, but in California it may be different.
[editline]safasd[/editline]
Yup, just checked for Cali, both parties have to be aware of the recording.
Can't he call the police on her though for this? I mean, if he says the opposite than what she says, then there is bound to be an investigation, right? They can't simply ignore his call. Or can they?
Wow, this is like a drama movie but more sad because it's a fucking real story.
Talk about "gender equality" eh? It only works when women need it.
Innocent until proven guilty hey...
Are you sure it's not, "guilty until proven innocent"?
One fucked up justice system. I hope eventually she gets what she deserves.
Can we start a fundraiser thing? I'd be down.
I want to try, but I don't know it would work since, this would be my first attempt to use a crowdfunding or some other kind of website.
Or we can just directly donate to him.
I don't know whether if donating to him will affect his trouble with the law.
Would OP be okay with this?
I lost my job and was in the middle of finals at College of the Redwoods when I was arrested. There's nothing I can really do about any of that because I plead guilty and it's been too long to contact my teachers or anything like that seeing as finals are well passed over. I honestly don't know how much money I will have to pay and who it will be going to at this point, all I know is my attorney said my fines can range anywhere from $8,000 to $12,000. That's not including the $20-$60 a week for the 52 weeks of domestic violance classes. I'm pretty stressed out knowing that I wont be able to go back to school because I'll have to be working two jobs to pay off all these fines in order to get off probation a year or two early. Not to mention child support.. I won't have any money to myself for the next two years even if I work for it. They pretty much set me up for failure.
Man, this is fucked. I'll do some summer work and after I get my money then I'll make sure to give you some whatever if you want it or not. Take care White.

Since I plead guilty myself its too late for all that, trust me I've asked myself all these questions.

She made a recorded statement when the police arrived on 'the scene' so no she didn't have to show up. She showed up once and that was just to say her statement was true and not false. I thought she was going to tell the truth and come forward to the D.A. because that's what she told me when she visited me the very few times she did in visitation. She visited the first few weeks I was in jail basically. I asked her in visitation why she was doing all this and she said she still wanted to be with me and that she loved me more then ever. I allowed her to overwhelm me with emotions which is where I went wrong. I clung to her like she was all I had. I was pathetic and scared that's what got me. She was visiting me and telling me all that bullshit about how she loves me and cant wait for me to get out. Then one day she asked me to tell my mom to give her my laptop. That's when I thought something was up so I just told her no not until I get out of jail. She even called my mom and said I told her to tell my mom she can take the laptop. So my mom visited me the next week after that asking me if I said it was ok for her to give my ex my laptop. I said no and for the rest of the time I was in jail which was about 2 months after that, my ex never visited me again and hasn't spoken to me since. It doesn't really bother me anymore though I'm just trying to give more detail in my replys.

I didn't expecting any money to come out of this thread. I wouldn't mind a little donation it would help me with bus fair and food at work. I just got a job cutting madrona for a friend $10.00/hr not bad.

I should be getting it anyday this week or next week. I just sent him a letter today but I couldn't get him the Casper pattern I promised since I had to write it not print it. They sell colored pencils on commisary. Curry has been their for a long time so he's created a little art tool box in his bunk. He has everything from different sized shades tools made from duct tape and thousands of patterns from magazines and coloring books. I've watched him draw a few times and he's very talented. I will most definitly upload it the very hour it arrives.
yea let's set up something for white. I've read this entire thing and that's... I can't put it into words exactly just I hope things go well for you. I'd really like for us to set up something to help you out.
I went and visited Curry today he told me the portrait is near finished and he should be putting it in the mailbox tonight. So I'm expecting the portrait either this friday or the upcoming monday.
I like you already.

Its okay to stereotype against you, you literally meet all the requirements.
On topic.
Do you fear the repercussions this may have on your life?

My outlook on going to jail is only positive besides the fines and domestic violance classes. I won't have a felony on my record so getting a job should be as easy as always. I'm currently chopping wood for a family friend but that's under the table. I don't have a record so people can't just look me up and see me in the wifebeater section so I'm pretty sure I'm good. So far my ex girlfriend has tried contacting me numerous times through friends and by banging on my mothers door for an hour straight. She is going crazy since I haven't made any attempt to talk to her or even get a hold of her and people are telling her I'm working and she can't get a dime of it since it's under the table. Her friends must think I'm stupid because they've always hated me now their asking me about what I'm doing like theirs no tomorrow.

Good on you, its pretty damn awesome you won't have a felony on record either. Just stay away from that woman. If need be get a restraining order.

I used to be a CO. If you got any questions as to the "guards" side of the bars feel free to ask.
I read this thread just to see what questions you answer, and the more I read the more I envy you, and the more I want to see this bitch taken down. Unfortunately, there's not much more you can do than what you've done. Ignore her, and if she falls out of line with this crazy shit, take any opportunity to fuck her over. God what a cunt, I'm seriously livid.
I've done a lot of shit since I"ve been out of jail. It's funny because I met this guy in jail whos nickname was Laroo. He was tatooed from eyebrows to toes. This guy was in jail telling me how he has a farm with a horse and a chicken coup and a super nice house. I didn't believe a word he said then when I got out he contacted me like he said he would. He told me to meet him somewhere so I did and he showed up walking his horse... This guy was wearing a nike t shirt with nike airs to match and black pants... I was in shock and he noticed as well he said "Thought I was lying huh!" I was just in awe that this guy actually owned a horse then I started to believe everything else he had told me. He asked me If I wanted to ride the horse and I thought to myself "I've never been this close to horse let alone would I have ever rode one even if the opportunity came. Fuck it bro dont be scared saying no and not taking chances when they come is how you used to live." I rode that horse and rode it fast. Not going to lie it was pretty scary when It started to run but I did it. After all that we went to his house/farm which was much nicer then he described and I started to chop wood for him. He has a room dedicated to smoking weed and he had tupperware upon tupperware full of honey oil and wax and believe me I was very tempted but told myself not too because I have better things to focus on right now other then getting high. Even if its pot which I used to smoke and never had anything against. A day after I started working for him when I was getting off work another guy I talked to in jail contacted me by the name of Smith. He told me while we were in jail how he hustles cars on craigslist by buying them and selling them for more then double the cost. He told me he has bentleys and mercedes like kids have legos. I somewhat believed him but thought he was exagerrating. He picked me up from work in a drop top super charged mercedes and we rode around town for about an hour. Sure enough my ex girlfriends best friend was at subway when we drove by and she saw me. Saw me in one of the nicest cars in town. Im going to let that sink into my ex girlfriends welfare ass. I cant imagine whats going through her head haha!
[editline]13th June 2013[/editline]
The more I think about being in jail the more I want to write something like a short story about it. I did go through a lot in their and a lot of it I'm sure would be interesting to a lot of people. I learned how stereotyping others is just something almost everyone does wrong. I met a lot of people that were ragged and scarred up and had tattoos all over their bodies who were really good people. On the streets I would instantly judge someone like that. I know most of everyone who hasn't been in jail or prison stereotypes others. It's a horrible misconception in todays modern society. Everyone is the same just had a different life. Grew up a different way, maybe worst or better then yours. Everyone these days looks at people through a wall of fog. This wall of fog is created by others appearance whether its tattoos or clothing you think is ugly or wannabe gangster. I honestly think some people need to go to jail at least once. It's an experience some people like myself just have to go through to truly know what freedom is worth and what treating people like you would treat yourself is worth. It makes me almost want to cry thinking about the friends I made in jail. How If I was ever to see them without going to jail I would of instantly looked away and thought "what a dirtbag" or "what a tweaker". I should of bought the journal on commisary you guys would of probably had much joy with that. I'm tempted to start typing away every detail about my experience and all the people including there nicknames and their personalities down to the core. I would need enough people to want this though.
Writing about it would be awesome.

If your ex ever manages to talk to you again, or if one of her friends manages to contact you, you should say "what comes around goes around".
Well if writing about it seems to interest some of you folks I'll give it a shot. Not going to make any promises but I'll do my best with the time I have to spare. This should be a fun little project to get my mind off things anyways. Also if anyone has anymore questions or feels like I didn't go into detail enough about some things feel free to ask, I enjoy answering all of your questions and going into detail as much as possible for all of you.

She got these letters in the mail from a company called PeachTree saying she was somewhere around $20,000 in debt with them. I never really looked into it because she always gave me stupid excuses on how her mom used her name to buy a bunch of bullshit and she was given a credit card at the age of 15.
