There's no Canadian bacon option because it's not [i]real[/i] bacon. How [i]dare[/i] those Canadians go an pass ham off as bacon?!
I like em' chewy and thick. A local restaurant serves bacon that is around 5 mm thick. It's pretty nice.
I like my bacon Australian, can't stand that fatty American bacon.
And crispy as shit, just not burnt.
