Smoke cigarettes on occasion. Even my dad says he'd rather me smoke weed rather than ever giving cigarettes a go. He's strongly against it seeing as they'll kill you one day.

Picking the skin around my nails. It's horrible but I can't break the habit.
Clip my nails. Bite them sometimes but mostly clip them obsessively so they're all ultrashort with torn up skin and stuff. It looks pretty terrible. But I can't stop.

Why do you do it if you're not addicted? My uncle (who was an amazing person) died of lung cancer. He only smoked "1 or 2 on occasion" and they determined, given his other lifestyle habits, that it was the cigarettes that killed him.
Spending money when I want to save up for an iPod Touch or other things.

I enjoy it, believe it or not. I know some people find it hard to believe that a cigarette is enjoyable, being as they don't taste great or anything, but they really do remove some stress. I've smoked over the past 4 or 5 years. I don't buy packs or anything, it's just more of a "Hey wanna meet up and talk over a cigarette?" type deal. I know it's bad though and I do understand that even if you don't often do it, that you can still be heavily affected.
