OP is under 15 years old. 1 shot of Russian Standard before the party will be more than enough. Especially when there will most likely be softer drinks available at the party. Who the hell broughts a vodka bottle to a party and drinks it alone?

i dont know how much you've gotten drunk before, but if it is one of your first few times then the most important advice i can give is to not overdo it. its hard for a very drunk person to say no to another drink so be careful
also people are probably a lot more friendly and willing to talk than you think, so get talking, make some friends

Apart from alcohol, if you're comfortable with it, you should try to dance if theres music and stuff. Not like, get down b-boy battles, just jiggle with it, jiggle with the girls and you'll show them that you aren't that shy on alcohol.

Iunno, my first party consisted with me making frequent use of the bong being passed around by the stoners and then going about talking to people and just hanging around. If you're socially awkward, marijuana really helps with that.
Go there naked. Will be awkward the first 5 minutes but trust me it's worth it.
Get to know people through people you know. Keep close to the host dude, without being obnoxious, really. If you know him well, just be around him and whoever might stand and talk to him. Try to take part in the conversation, and a little bit of beer won't hurt. If the conversation is of no interest, do something else. By following him around, I'm not saying "stalk him", but if you see him with a group of people, get your ass over there and socialize.
Feel up all the girls in sight. They'll love it, trust me.
Get a lot of booze in you before you even leave your house
If you get drunk easily try to control yourself. This is your first party and you know only the party's host so I don't advice you to make people remember you as the guy that got drunk as shit. Sometimes it does good but mostly you do stupid shit you later regret. If you do get moderately drunk and you should go for that try to avoid talking about how much drunk you are. No one's interested in that and they can see that.
