I'm 18, and I have Parental Controls on Web Browsing, aka 'Open DNS'. I feel for you, OP.

Somewhat similar here, but I've become crafty. I am 17, My aunt and uncle are who I now live with as my parents have passed away, both years ago. For the most minor things, I lose internet access, caused by my aunt changing the WEP key and doing other various things. The thing is, my aunt actually knows how to use a computer exceptionally well for her age. She has also managed to install a very strict OpenDNS program. This pisses me off. I'm fucking 17, been accepted to MILITARY SCHOOLS OF MY CHOOSING and carry good grades. WTF? So, I need a way around changed WEPs. I'm already running tor, and it's amazing, but tonight I just got banned for 2 more weeks (woohoo!) because I couldn't find something they wanted me to clean. Now, to give a perspective, I have had a 4.0 gpa for a year now, and I am taking Ap chem and precalc honors. I'm a senior, and I am only home from 830/9pm-morning (generally 7 am). I go to school, work out, go to a vietnamese tutoring center (which I found and ASKED to go to) , and come home. But I do someting small wrong unintentionally, and I get massive consequences while my sibling who does much less gets no consequences whatsoever. tl;dr RAAAAAAAGE RANT Does anyone have a way around changed WEPS, or does tor account for that? And what can she see me doing using OpenDNS?

But yeah, the easiest and most productive thing to do (Which has been posted about every 2nd post in this thread) is to just, talk with them. Counter their every argument with a better one. I simply want to have more freedom. Any other male, 16 year old in my school has no problem with their parents. If you go anywhere near a fight or what they suspect to be a fight, even unintentionally/unknowingly, you get suspended.
