It's worth every second, but the defragmenter that comes stock with Windows 7 is way way better than it used to be so I use that now.

Yeah, it's pretty good when you don't want to know how fragmented your discs are. There is no progress bar, no elapsed time, no remaining time, no nothing. Just a button and a spinning circle. How convenient.
