The thing is, I only misplaced one or two level's worth of points. But me being the absolute perfectionist when it comes to games, I'm sort of getting nervous because of it, even if I don't have many long term plans for the game.

Uh, well, if it was just two levels then it's not that of a big deal. Since you're not intending to paly it for long, you won't have to worry about missplaced points.
