well we practiced and all lol, wow it felt like I was playing Ouendan for the first time again on Hard Rock, I could barely read the notes and my left fingers couldn't keep up, thankfully my jump instincts were a bit intact but still needs refining again, and holy shit the tournament is so close lol, well while we'll eventually fail, hopefully Dottedline and Snowball rise to the top, so good luck to them as well.

First of check if you use EVR Custom Pres or VMR7 (Windowed), if you use on them them then it should be fine.
Then the problem lies in your PC, it probably can't handle H264 since it's actually quite heavy to process.
Try SMplayer.
