Didn't really say it had to be dead on, really anything close to what I asked would be cool. Could easily be a sad anime that has a few jokes, or light humor. etc.
Then you should check out NANA. Pretty much the only recommandation I have though. Not many sad love stories out there. Hmm, one of the stories in Aoi Bungaku may fit, you should check out the whole thing, good stuff, only the first story is sort of, ehhh.
Seen Memories already, though I haven't seen melodies. Is that near the same flavor?
Orkel likes the first season more than the second. I like the second season more than the first. It's near the same flavor, yeah.
If you know you're most likely late then why don't you check it up then?
Because I can't be arsed of course
Because I can't be arsed of course
Then you shouldn't be arsed to say it either as people can find it out themselves and it has probably already been posted.
Or, I can say it, under the possibility that people haven't already posted it, and those that haven't found out yet know.
Well, finally assed myself to get "Flag". "In 20xx, a civil war broke out in a small country in Asia in spite of the dispatch of UN forces. But a picture taken by accident in the battle field accelerates the peace process. It is a picture of a flag which became the symbol of peace. However, just before the peace agreement is achieved, the flag is robbed by an armed extremist group in order to obstruct the truce. The UN decides to send SDC (Special Development Command) and a cameraman to record their activities. That cameraman is Shirasu Saeko - the cameraman who took the picture of the flag. Armed with the HAVWC (High Agility Versatile Weapon Carrier), Saeko documents their journey." Been wanting to get this thing for a while, glad I have it. Gonna watch an episode when I get home.
So, the planets aligned in some mysterious way last night, and I suddenly had a craving to get a fix of anime. I came here and browsed through and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time caught my eye, so I ended up watching that. I have to say, it was pretty good and I'm glad I stayed up to 3AM to watch it.
I guess i didn't say it when I found out about it over an hour ago. High School of the Dead episode 2 is out. In other news I watched the Aria special and OVA that I never got around to watch when I watched the show this night. They were okay, the OVA (arietta) had a too changed artstyle that made them look weird, unnatural and not like themselves, it really distracted me a lot. The special was simply just okay, just the same old stuff, adoring the life of the city with panning images of an overview of it. Going to watch the Hidamari Sketch x365 EX OVA now and then watch the Darker Than Black Special and the OVA's that are released so far before continuing onto the second episode of Princess Tutu.
So, a few days ago I recommended Death Note to my friend and he saw some episodes. He really liked it, apparently. Cheers, I guess.
Last Exile. Their best show. And you forgot Studio 4C who makes kickass experimental animation.
Not animated by GONZO. Just the original story. After I finish Bakemonogatari, I will.

HSotD episode #2. Hirano's voice actor is the same as Viral's. Couldn't help but notice it throughout the episode. and the jiggling boobs oh god the jiggling there is so much of it
The coalguy subs for ep 2 os HotD isn't working for me. Can someone upload the movie file to filesmelt?
The coalguy subs for ep 2 os HotD isn't working for me. Can someone upload the movie file to filesmelt?
First check: Naviagate - Subtitle Language and make sure it is turned on. You do use Media Player Classic (Homecinema), with CCCP or K-Lite codec pack, right?
You obviously haven't heard about this thing called activity. When people live in a different timezone they are active (posting) at different times than someone that lives in a different timezone. Thus a person that lives in a timezone that is 12 hours from another persons timezone that person will see a lot of the other persons post and get the influence of a lot of posts being made which he would not get if he was in the timezone as he. Then when 3-4 new members from that timezone joins in the person in a timezone 12 hours away will get the impression of A HELL LOT more posts being made. In this case a lot of new people in a timezone far from you has joined thus your impression of quality loss is increasingly bigger when you don't post.
More like I just don't give a fuck.
I mean the thing-that-will-get-me-banned-for-warez won't even start downloading. It's stuck at "connecting..." or "waiting for sources"
[commie] is experiencing some slight corruption. I have no idea if it's from the raw or the encoding. The CRC checks perfectly.

So, guys, I'm trying to watch the "must-see" animes. What shall I watch next, the Ghost in the Shell stuff or Trigun?
Macross Frontier.
Haven't heard about it before, but it has music by Yoko Kanno. I'll put it on my list.
So, guys, I'm trying to watch the "must-see" animes. What shall I watch next, the Ghost in the Shell stuff or Trigun?
Trigun. [editline]07:27PM[/editline] Watched the Darker than Black special, a.k.a episode 26. I feel sorta sorry for the black guy that, as we discover at the very end, fell in love with her.
Yes, sir!
also watch Planetes
