Just provide proof that you are the legitimate owner of the account and Valve/Steam will give you back your account in no time. They take these cases very seriously.

Also as far as I know, it isn't possible to directly call Valve/Steam support for this matter.
as beau phos said send valve your credit card information and so they can see that it was you who bought the games

you get a cd when you buy them online. if you still got the mail there is a activation code. that the cd key. prt screen then into paint. and then upload it in the ticket. WOrked for me :D
This is why I make sure I have at least one Retail game. It makes the procedure so much easier.
