I genuinely don't understand why everyone thinks dabbing is so funny

I legitimately don't understand why it exists. It's like... a position you put your arms and head into. What is its purpose?

you sound like an alien trying on understand what dance moves are
"what is this thing you humans call... la macarena?"

I've legitimately never seen the dab used in a dance. All I ever see is teaching someone how to do it, on its own. I mean, I've heard its a dance move, but I'm not sure I believe it anymore.

it's macaroni, but I prefer spaghetti because i'm shallow
I think Youtubers are doing more harm than good when they play certain games (Gmod, Minecraft) for the game community wise since (most of the time) it sends in hordes more Youtubers and subscribers which most of the time are children
It also set up the market of making shitty "ironically" bad games since they know Youtubers will flock to it like vultures to a corpse (JUST ADD "SIMULATOR" AS SEEN ON "BIG YOUTUBER NAME"), thus granting sales since all the subscribers will buy it aswell
every single SJW and triggered joke made in the year of our lord 2016 is overdone, boring and horribley unfunny. ive been hearing the exact same fucking jokes for 2 years now; they are literally all "wow look at this stupid thing, reaction pic" and its the exact same examples over and over and over; yeah i get it college age liberals can come up with some dumb shit but its just so repetitive now man.
the sopranos had a good ending
Voting should be mandatory
That doesn't mean people will pay attention to politics. If anything that'll just result in people swaying votes just because they chose the name they recognize. If you had, for example, Hiliary running against some up and coming republican nobody, she'd gain a huge amount of votes from the uninformed crowd just because they see the word "Clinton" and think "oh yeah that was a president once."

I think the worst part is that its bleeding into the real world tbh. I hear it in real life now, even from some of my parents.

im hearing 14 year olds and shit ironically saying how their triggered irl; the joke is offically dead.
If you're going to do that then what the fuck is the point of making voting mandatory? All you've accomplished is making voting harder for people that do care about the election, because now they've got to wait in far longer lines than usual thanks to all the people that don't care being forced to participate, just so they can write down "None of the above".. literally makes no fucking sense at all.
It discourages apathy
It discourages apathy
Quite the contrary really
You think being forced to do something you don't like/care about will make you like/care about it?
This is a post from LMAO pics but rather than start an off-topic argument there I'm gonna spout off my unpopular opinion here:
neil degrasse tyson is a genius but his twitter is just full of this stuff

Neil deGrasse Tyson is not a genius. His scientific contributions have been pretty mediocre. What he is is good at is science popularization. Personally I don't even think he's particularly good at that, he just happens to have caught on. He doesn't hold a candle to Sagan, for instance.
I guess you could consider him a genius if you consider every person with a PhD in physics a genius, but I don't think they are. Most of them are just hard workers with a passionate interest in something people consider a "smart subject." They're never going to accomplish anything really groundbreaking and insightful. Not to diminish what they will actually contribute. Science doesn't need to be revolutionary to be useful.
Neil deGrasse Tyson reminds me of what I was like in high school
except nobody ever told him to shut the fuck up
I honestly don't care if NDT makes snarky comments on Twitter. Complaining about them is honestly more annoying since you have to make a point to go on to twitter and read them in the first place, and reposting them on another website just to complain about how annoying they are is more annoying than the original comment

He's non stop nitpicking with movies. I only care when the film breaks its own logic, not when it breaks real life logic.
Winter fashion looks better than summer fashion.

Is this even unpopular?

I think he's worse than mediocre and actually harms scientific popularization, given that he frequently plagiarizes or simple makes shit up to suit his arguments.
Very often he'll quote "some senator" for being scientifically illiterate and it turns out he actually can't source it. Another great one is that he quoted a newspaper saying "half of the schools are below average" and mocked it in the hopes that his audience wouldn't catch on.

I feel like summer in general is much more popular

Nobody gets close to Carl Sagan, but Neil deGrasse Tyson is a relatable and charismatic guy who is easy to like among current younger generations and I think that's why he's 'caught on' and I think he's doing the right thing by kinda riding on that.

Damn I wish Sagan was still alive

If I want to see tiddy I google tiddy, no need to be creepy in public.
I think gold members tend to have worse post than non-golds on average*, could just be that golds post more but most of them seem to be on borderline shitposting on certain threads.
*Plenty of good gold users, and plenty of shitposting non-golds

It made perfect sense, it just had a goofy execution.

They've also generally been around a lot longer so they better know just what they can get away with without getting banned for it.
