Hardline MP was done by DICE iirc
That's the first I've heard of it. I've seen no mention anywhere of DICE working on the MP, and interviews on the MP are people from Visceral.
Megaman X4 is my favorite Megaman X game by far. Brand new console, brand new better than ever graphics, the best soundtrack in the series, and you had a full Megaman and Zero campaign. It felt like the original formula on steroids. X5 and X6 may have been pretty meh sequels to it, but X4 has a special place in my heart.
people are way too sensitive about fps, its fucking pathetic.
Personally I can't deal with lower than 60 fps in games, but just prefer high than that, and in Windows it's actually worse than that. I had to buy two more 144hz monitors because my 60hz side monitors weren't enough for browsing the internet or actually doing work on because of the VERY noticeable delay when scrolling/moving the mouse around.
There's no excuse for a AAA PC game to be locked at 30 fps. People have a right to expect better from a game in 2016, especially when it costs $60.
if its an issue concerning an fps lower than 60, then i disagree with you. i myself can handle 30 but if you played at 60 for a long time then tried playing at 30, well its literally the same as if you played at 30 your whole life then tried playing at 15. it would be borderline unplayable
The thing is, 15 fps is legitimately unplayable under most circumstances, 20 is pushing it, but a stable 30 is definitely playable. 60 is certainly nicer and I prefer gaiming at 60+, but I don't go crying over framerate caps or not having the specs to run at that fps or whatever.

Stable 30 fps might as well be 10 fps for how choppy it looks, completely unplayable. 60 fps is the minimum.
I will say though that if a game comes out that runs like shit even on higher end systems due to poor optimization, then yeah that's a good reason to complain.

I played a game at 30 FPS for the first time in a year a few weeks back, it's really not so bad. It's jarring as fuck at first, but you do get used to it after an hour or so.
If a game is locked at 30 FPS and the like, I can deal with it. I'd rather not have to, but if I'm playing a console game at a friend's house I'm not going to freak out.
I don't drink often, I speak Chinese, my girlfriend is Chinese, I like cycling, I want to do Martial arts.
It's hard for me to find friends with any of my interests cause they are so fucking out there. Well cycling wouldn't be that out there but I like road cycling and barely anyone does that here.

Isn't that STGYM?
And here I am with a shitty computer that can't run most things at 60fps
Isn't that STGYM?
What's that in English?

Figured it out, it's not really. It's disappointing, but the reason is because I have unpopular tastes in things, kinda fits here.
A united India was the biggest mistake of the post-war era
Sub-30 FPS is objectively worse and it can cause people eye strain or even motion sickness because of the noticeable lack of proper smoothness.
It's inexcusable that developers be unable to obtain above-30 performance with todays hardware and software technology and I do not blame anyone for being upset that their game runs that low when it shouldn't be.
sub 30 in racing games is basically unplayable, even 30fps can sometimes be a bit frustrating

Any game that requires quick and accurate actions is that way. It's acceptable for something like an RTS so long as that's specifically only the rendering of units and such or in turn-based games but racing games or twitch/reflex-based shooters need higher framerates.
mara wilson has some nice tits
I got into the STEEP Alpha (the skii/snowboard/gliding game from Ubisoft) and, even in this state, might be the best game Ubisoft put their name on in years.

Ehhhhh I can play doom 4 at 30FPS just fine.....
what probably helps is that the frametime is 33.60~
I get how people can be upset about 30 FPS caps, but claiming 30 FPS is completely unplayable is hyperbole. I'm used to 60 but I can't run FH3 on a stable 60 FPS so I cap it at 30 and I can play just fine without noticing 'extreme choppiness' or whatever
Inspirational/motivational quotes as tattoos are stupid as fuck.
Phrases like "Believe in yourself" or other derivatives are fine, but people who get tattoos such as "only God can judge me" are mostly assholes who need socially acceptable justification to be an asshole.
I don't mean to get into politics again, but something I never understood was how people can just ignore all the shit that Donald Trump does just because he isn't Hillary Clinton. I'm more leaning on Clinton obviously, but I do not forget about her shortcomings. Trump supporters seem to want to vote for him just because he isn't Clinton, and while I understand their sentiment, it really gets under my skin that I have never heard one support him, but follow it up by saying "oh, he's certainly not perfect either".
All I've seen is blind praise. Whenever anyone praises him, they just jump to how bad Clinton is instead of how "great" Trump is, and when they do, it's usually about the stupid fucking wall.
Not that it has anything to do with me - but I think Hillary's corruption outweighs Trump's shortcomings. HOWEVER. Trump is no saint, and I wouldn't be wanting him to be president at all either. No way. but DEFINITELY not Hillary. However, she has already been chosen by the corporations so she WILL be the president.
In my (unasked) opinion, Hillary is not fit for the presidency. However, neither is Trump. The only reason to vote for Trump - IMO is that that he is not a Clinton or a Bush and he appears to be less well connected to the central banking fraternity. That is because one of them has to win - and not at all because he should EVER be president either.
I won't be voting for either of them. (See what I did there?)

this has to be the most nonsensical thing i've read today, and i follow politics.

If you're used to 144hz it might be somewhat more plausible, I even notice when it drops to 90-60.
Though unplayable is a stretch
Also saying one framerate is the same as one a tenth of it is ridiculous

I mean 10 is 1/3rd of 30 but yeah.
I'm likely going to get laughed at for caring about this, but honestly, now that I've been thinking about it, I'm starting to feel like using animals like dogs and pigs as insults is kinda shitty.
I get that those sort of insults have been very common for the human species for millions of years and that they're a helpful expansion on vocabulary, but I still feel somewhat iffy about the implications behind them, even though plenty of people including those that would use those kind of insults most likely don't universally despise the canine/sus species as a whole, afaik.

Most insults/bad words doesn't really make sense as insults/bad words.
cross post from SH
Clinton isn't terrible. She's quite the opposite. She holds a variety of progressive, socially liberal viewpoints. She is intelligent and well-educated. But more than that she is willing to make compromises and find a useful middle ground with those who don't agree with her. People call her centrist, a moderate, a career politician, as if that's some kind of insult, but in a country as divided as the US, a career politician who knows how to navigate the minefield of US politics is exactly what you need to unite the nation.
