How do you think?
I enjoyed Dead Money far more than Honest Hearts
To be perfectly honest, my favorite Fallout: New Vegas still remains Old World Blues because, aside for its stellar writing, the other DLCs, while good, have something that bothers me one way or another
Dead Money provides a shift in gameplay that I find far too drastic, to the point that the whole DLC is just painful to go through
Honest Hearts, if you are someone like me who doesn't like doing heavy exploring duty, is kinda short and, aside from the Burned Man, all the characters are quite forgettable
Lonesome Road is a pretty linear dungeon-like experience where you have to save your game at every turn due to how merciless the enemy encounters are. The main antagonist of the whole thing is also a clear author avatar for the lead writer, Chris Avellone, and that is painfully obvious most of the time
George Lucas wasn't that bad.
I don't like most videogames that try to combine fps/tps and driving because there's too much of a disconnect between the driving and player character control to the point where it feels like two different games mashed into one. One of the things I disliked about RAGE was that the shooting felt very visceral and fluid, and it felt really solid and punchy. Then, when you left the shooting areas, you were teleported into a car and it felt like the game turned into an arcade-y action racer game. There was nothing specifically wrong with the driving parts, but they were a complete change in mood from the rest of the game and felt weird.
In my opinion, driving should have been first person or the camera in third person should have been much closer to the vehicle you drove to make it feel more like you were in control. The level design should have been designed more like driving on a highway, rather than big circular arenas connected by some roads, and for vehicular combat you should have been manually aiming weapons out of the windows of your vehicle GTA-style, while also using various gadgets. The whole auto-aiming guns, flashy floating robots and force fields thing felt like it didn't really belong in the game and seemed really cartoony to me.
As a contrast, I think that Half Life 2 had a good driving section. It still maintained the same general feel and level design, there were no big vehicle-battle circle arenas, when you got into the car the camera moved into the car to make it feel like you were getting into a vehicle as opposed to just being teleported inside. the weapon the vehicle had was a small turret, and it felt like you were reaching out and aiming it. There were no weird cartoony bombs or flying turrets or forcefields around your car, and it felt much less disconnected from the main game just because of those small changes.

Another unpopular one is that I don't like soup. I don't think there has been any soup that I've liked. It just seems like vegetable or meat juice. First of all, at the risk of sounding immature, most vegetables I've tried I've hated the flavor of, and if I'm eating meat I don't want it to be absolutely drowned in water and oil.
World of Warcraft: Cataclysm wasn't THAT bad of an expansion

Then Warlords of Draenor came along
Fallout 3 > New Vegas
When i read this I started punching my head and shouting my mum had to restrain me
Then Warlords of Draenor came along
Mists of Pandaria killed it for me.
That was such a shit expansion.
I joined at the end of BC and got into it at the start of WotLK. Wrath was amazing but Cata was a nice revamp and people blaming Cata for being the downfall is because people aren't really used to extra change.
Fallout 3 > New Vegas
New Vegas is the best game in the series.
Ill probably force myself to like IW because hell if im not going to play it when it comes bundled with my 80 dollar cod4 remaster
I really want to look forward to IW, but I really haven't been bothered to care about the new games. It's not that I'm burned out on the campaigns, a few months ago I beat CoD3's campaign and I really enjoyed it. IMO 2nd best campaign behind CoD4.
May have said this before but seeing as those today is the 25th anniversary...
Hook is far from being the best Spielberg film, but it might be the one I enjoy the worst because it actually makes me feel like a kid, despite the mediocre writing.
I really like Hook. There's just something about seeing Robin Williams acting like a child on camera that's sooo...magical. I know it's hammy, but he nails it without it being forced. Dustin Hoffman is also a good Captain Hook, almost mirrors the Disney iteration of the character. Dante Basco is also good, and this is probably where he nailed his role as Prince Zuko in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

As much as I loved FO3, the bugs by the finale made me put it down. I couldn't stand the moments where quests were bugged to not be completed, the lag of too much laser shit on screen on my PS3, and some moments in V.A.T.S made elite bosses impossible to beat.
Though in my opinion, this is what kept me playing; there was a section in the game that was modeled like my neighborhood in Maryland where the developers are housed. So much so that I DID find my house in the game, or what's left of it. The vehicle placement is also the same, making me think they were using Google Maps or whatever existed in that year. An NPC there did in fact quote the city I live in. This blew my fucking mind! This is what my home would look like in a nuclear apocalypse!

It is impossible for someone to transition from male to female using surgery.
To accomplish this, a person needs to have been male to begin with.
No one has ever been male at the beginning of their existence.

Are you talking about how we are all female to begin with but we become males after a while in the womb? But if the baby is male when we are born, then it is a male, therefore can go to female using surgery.
Where were you going with this?

Correct. I just wanted to see how many people would knee jerk.

I thought this was the "Unpopular Opinions" thread, not the "Factual Inaccuracies" thread.

Except that's horribly inaccurate. The zygote will always be either male(XY) or female(XX). The sex is determined at the beginning of fertilization and doesn't magically change.

man it must be hard being as clever as u
You can't change XX to XY or vice versa but the shape of some tiny blobs too small to see shouldn't determine whether or not you're allowed to be happy with your identity

Also sausage is the only true meat that should go on pizza.
sausage should be eaten in links or patties for breakfast and not on pizza where bacon and pepperoni reign
sausage should be eaten in links or patties for breakfast and not on pizza where bacon and pepperoni reign
Sausage is godly on a pizza, What you talking about?!
sausage is only compatible on a pizza in the sense that it's meat
Chorizo is great on pizza, but pepperoni... How you guys can fathom that is beyond my understanding.
Chorizo is great on pizza, but pepperoni... How you guys can fathom that is beyond my understanding.
Chorizo is just excellent in general
Very few things in existence can't become pizza toppings, one way or another
