Far Cry 2 was still my favourite.
g2a seems really really sketchy referral links, insane prices for some games, fuckton of advertisements I know everything I listed is 100% legal but it just seems really odd.

Any unauthorised key reseller that sells games cheaper than everyone else is obviously sketchy. I mean if you can't get the game for that cheap legitimately neither can they, and they sure aren't selling keys at a loss...
I personally use Kinguin, but only, and only, when I have no other choice
BioShock Infinite is the best BioShock game.
Maybe it's due to two recent bad experiences I had with the genre (Everybody has gone to the Rapture and Firewatch), but I think that walking simulator games are starting to overstay their welcome
The Long Dark is solid as hell
My God I hate superhero movies...
also Borderlands 1 and 2 are shit
Gearbox are shit devs and I haven't enjoyed a single game they've made.
Gearbox are shit devs and I haven't enjoyed a single game they've made.
I enjoyed Opposing Force and Blue Shift.
My God I hate superhero movies...
People who enjoy the bland and terrible Marvel movies have no taste. The only decent super hero movies of recent years are the Batman ones.
people bitching about superhero movies are more annoying than superhero movies themselves some people have different tastes, stop being so fucking judgy
Who even cares what movies people watch. That's like me going around calling people who watch indie and artsy bullshit movies tasteless.
I think people have the right to complain about a bad quality movie despite the genre of it. It is something you have to pay for, after-all.
they absolutely have the right to complain about bad movies, but you cross a line when you say anyone who likes that movie has bad taste
they absolutely have the right to complain about bad movies, but you cross a line when you say anyone who likes that movie has bad taste
But if you just say that you think a movie is bad it kinda already implies that you think people who like it have bad taste? I don't think there's really a line being crossed here, just different ways to word the same overall opinions. [editline]21st May 2016[/editline] Like what is bad taste if not liking things that are bad?
they absolutely have the right to complain about bad movies, but you cross a line when you say anyone who likes that movie has bad taste
what line
what line
the line between critiquing a movie and critiquing the people who like the movie?
I seriously don't understand why people care so much about internet strangers judging fanbases of media along with the media. It's not nice, but it's so common it's hard for me to get how people don't just grow desensitized to it.
the line between critiquing a movie and critiquing the people who like the movie?
that's fine; enjoying things can reflect on you as a person I'd feel pretty confident in saying that coal rollers are mouthbreathing idiot hicks, even though their only crime is enjoying something
that's fine; enjoying terrible things reflects on you as a person I'd feel pretty confident in saying that coal rollers are mouthbreathing idiot hicks, even though their only crime is enjoying something

Aside from raising atmospheric CO2 levels, the main contributor to human-driven climate change, diesel exhaust poses a significant threat to human health. Exposure to diesel exhaust can cause cancer, and particulate matter, a component of diesel exhaust, is estimated to cause 15,000 premature deaths each year, according to the EPA. Coal rollers don’t seem to mind
Definitely wouldn't say that enjoying it is their only crime.

I enjoy superhero movies. I don't blindly enjoy every movie with a superhero label, of course, but most of marvel's movies are good in my book, some even great.
I was raised with Marvel and such so they're practically burnt into my interests.
are you really trying to compare people who like superhero movies to coal rollers
they both participate in cultures which reflect on their personalities, so, sure.
they both participate in cultures which reflect on their personalities, so, sure.
how, though? i mean, with coal rollers you could probably guess they aren't the sharpest tool in the shed since they don't know the effect of what they're doing, or they just don't care, in which case they're just assholes. but with people who watch capeshit, that's pretty much all you know about them.
well, the point is that if a person enjoys bad movies, they probably have a bad taste in movies
I'm glad there's been a lot of good superhero movies lately then.
well, the point is that if a person enjoys bad movies, they probably have a bad taste in movies
i wouldn't count on that, people have pretty fucking wild taste when it comes to movies. i'm sure you've enjoyed some bad movies before, no? besides, just because they enjoyed it, doesn't really mean they don't recognize it's flaws.
i would argue that the vast majority of people classify a good movie as a movie that they enjoy, not on more "objective" factors like camera work/color scheme/blocking etc. superhero movies have mass appeal. they're pretty god damn far from cinematic masterpieces but it's easy to see why so many people enjoy them. just because you think they're bad movies doesn't mean that everyone does
there's movies i enjoy but still find terrible since we're on the topic of superhero movies, thor is one of them. i roll my eyes at every lame joke, i sigh at the awful romantic subplot, and wonder how good it could've been if they changed a few things here and there. but i still enjoy it
