How exactly is Trump less scummy than Hillary? Hillary has a few good points while Trump, with what little he focuses on, is all terrible.
Trump is a whiny baby but Hillary is legitimately shady. I'd describe her as untrustworthy.
i'd still vote for hillary even if she was scum, at least she's a god damn politician.
that's not saying much
that's not saying much
i'm not saying she's good, if that's what you're getting at. she's just miles better than trump in terms of who's a better choice for president. just because he doesn't hide his corruption and bullshit as well as hillary, doesn't mean he's the better choice.
i'm still of the opinion that half life 2 is a fantastic game and i assure you it has nothing to do with nostalgia
It was pretty groundbreaking at the time but if you've played a ton of singleplayer games since then and went back to revisit it you probably won't find much new. I mean don't get me it's still solid but it isn't as unique anymore. If anything I think the first game has aged a little better
Water tastes better than soda when you're thirsty

water tastes better than everything when you're really thirsty, is this actually an unpopular opinion
I hate Bethesda's RPGs. Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, I hate them. Bethesda always has piss poor implementation of nearly everything in them and for some reason they get a free pass because they put shittons of content but it all has a half assed implementation that almost every other RPG does better. I honestly cannot understand how anyone likes these games.
The worst part about hl2 is how shooting feels like trash, all the guns sound bad and have really not punchy animations, and enemies just drop like a sack of rocks when killed instead of having animation blending into a weighty ragdoll
HL2's guns are a mixed bag, the pistol and smg aren't great to use but the 357 and crossbow are super satisfying.
HL2 is still the best fps I've ever played, and is amongst my top 5 favorite games of all time. Wolfenstein TNO is the only recent fps I've played that comes close to HL2 quality. Games are still trying to catch up to HL2 in some areas.
people complaining about pacing in HL2 must have some pretty severe attention disorders. The game moves quickly, is completely atmospheric and full of interesting detail, and each chapter features dramatically different content.
I played through HL2/EP1/2 on a whim a few months back and I was amazed at how well it holds up. There still has not been a better single-player FPS since.
I've had more fun playing Bethesda's Fallouts than the originals. Me being introduced to the series via 3 might have something to do with it, but after giving both 1&2 multiple chances, I just can't enjoy them.
That being said though, New Vegas is still my favorite Fallout.
I hate Bethesda's RPGs.
I hate Bethesda's RPGs too, that's why I enjoy Skyrim and Fallout 4 so much.
Expanding on my opinion:
I can't imagine how Valve is going to do something revolutionary with the current tech and state of the industry, especially with FPS gaming. The hype surrounding the "3" games is so huge, that no matter what Valve does they can simply not win. They're going to disappoint people no matter what they do and it's most likely going to hurt them in the long run if they decide to make games.
Valve is a money printing machine. Not only do they have Steam which is an incredible revenue source, larger than any game they could possibly make, but they also have the TF2/CS:GO/Dota2 item market which is also gigantic. Their E-Sport presence is growing larger by the day. That's what they should focus on.
If they had a single player like the first two that finishes the story, I'd be happy. That's really all i want from Half-Life 3.
Also, i really love the Half-Life expansions and i think the original Half-Life is the better game over HL2.

Per milliliter, water has a higher percentage of water in it than soda. It's just science really.
Per milliliter, water has a higher percentage of water in it than soda. It's just science really.
What the hell? I'm pretty certain that soda has at least 90% more water in it per milliliter than pure water does.
I don't like the emphasis on story in HL2 and its episodes, as well as the emphasis on story in Portal 2. The amount of narrative and characters n' shit is a major reason that I don't like HL2 nearly as much as 1, and the reason I never beat Portal 2.
IMO, Valve does a superb job of subtle storytelling using environmental and other such cues. I just haven't been a big fan of their 'more lore' approach (Portal 2 and TF2, for example). Some people like the universes expanded, but I think Portal and TF2 benefited greatly from the ambiguity of their storytelling and lore, and explaining everything just ruins that.
TF2 had that awesome spytech theme with ambiguous government agency fronts fighting during the Cold War and stuff like that, but now we have literally everything explained to us now. It's like if Valve suddenly decided to explain the G-Man; the mystery and fun is taken out of it.
I honestly would never vote for a politician that doesn't believe in climate change, regardless of their other policies, and I find it pretty hard to try and justify how a politician's beliefs on climate change aren't immensely important.
Politics bore me to tears, i cannot get into them. So instead i decide to just copy whoever i trust most that does care about politics vote. I trust them to make the right decision, i trust them to not manipulate me to vote someone bad or wrong, its just something i cannot stay awake for.

I played Fallout 3 first and I still enjoy 1 and 2 more than anything Bethesda has put out in the last decade.

Only reason people like them is because no one else makes huge open world "rpg's".

uhhhh ohhh, you shouldn't have said that. Here come the "nostalgia" crew.
Fallout 3 is still somehow dear to me because it's the only roleplaying videogame to this day that managed to lower my IQ every time I was given another main questline step
crossbow are super satisfying.
As for my unpopular opinion, SW Knights of The Old Republic is a very poor game
It's been a couple years since the latest Daft Punk Album "RAM" (Random Access Memories) came out and I kinda feel like the Album isn't much of a Daft Punk album. Not because the type of Music has gone from Electro to whatever it wants, but it is a bit disappointing.
But because they kinda take a bit of a backseat in the songs.
Like Get Lucky, they start to sing halfway through the song, and even then they just repeat the same Lyrics, then they stop after a minute.
Same with Lose yourself to Dance.
I feel like it's more "Lose yourself to Dance Ft. Daft Punk" Or "Get Lucky Ft. Daft Punk"
I am not against them trying out new Music styles but they really just felt more like an after thought, which is really weird when it's their own Album.
I honestly look down on people who read or watch new stories about hastags or internet petitions then bug the fuck out. everybody responsible for the Angry Birds movie should be hanged

Anyone who tries to correct you by saying "it's actually hung" should have a well-hung dick shoved up their throats
i hate battleborn's art direction. specifically, how all the character designs look like they come from different genres. it doesn't really look unique or cool, just messy and, in most cases, generic.
I personally believe that schools should teach students, survival classes.
For example, teaching people bushcraft for the likes of bows, shelters, and how to signal people with random items. Ideally these kind of classes would also teach people how to do stuff akin to Primitive Technology.
I believe kids should learn Dialects in school. Otherwise, they are a piece of history getting lost. Almost as bad as languages dying. That's probably not popular among the "let's all speak one language"-crowd. Language diversity is just more fun.
but hanged is the correct term there
That's why I said "tries"
I honestly would be more interested in Left 4 Dead 3 than Half Life 3/Episode Three
