Was just listening to Dragon Age's soundtrack.
Mirror's Edge I adore, and the artist (Solar Fields) is now one of my favourites because of it.
Not very often, but there's a lot of nice video game music.

Although If we're counting anything that's been used in a video game as video game music, It's hard not to.
I got a shitload of songs from the guitar heroes.
Oh and Tony Hawks underground 2 has the best damn soundtrack of all time!
Not often, but there are occasional cases where there's a song I really like from them. This one old Xbox game, Phantom Crash, had this female AI singer whatsit, integral to the storyline and stuff, who I quite enjoyed listening to. Quite fond of the Empire Earth 1 menu music, as well as that of UT2003.
Mass Effect 2 has an epic soundtrack. I listen to it all the time.
