ah, when I think short anime I don't tend to think of 10 minute shorts, more like 3 or 5 minute ones.
dokuro-chan is more like a cartoon like spongebob or invader zim then, where one episode has two halves with different stories.

The backgrounds and monster designs in that dungeon anime are so good.

It's strange when you watch something and parts that are not (really) all that essential to the main premise are better than in 80% of the otherwise comparable series you know.

For a show called Dungeon the dungeon itself has ridiculously little focus and so far we've seen a generic cavern and a generic foggy field. No depth, just cut between scenes to hitting a few random monsters then cut back to them in town a minute later.

Is it too much to ask for a little dungeoneering?
