At what point didn't TTGL follow it's own rules?
It has a very straightforward system for power-levels, I can't remember it ever defying the way it's own universe worked.

I guess when [sp]Viral pilots Gurren Lagann with spiral power even though it's stated spiral power derives from the power to evolve which beastmen can't do. Although you can say he evolved as a person or something. Not that it matters because I agree that it never broke its own rules.[/sp]

Kamina [sp]had shit spiral power because he never believed in himself, he just put up a false facade to motivate Shimon, the person he believed in. Kamina was constantly doubting himself and never believed he amounted to much, he looked up to Shimon and his willpower and strength.

It went pretty well, we came to the conclusion that IMDB is probably a better site to implement.
What didn't go well was MAL banning me from what I assume was a server overload or something. I honestly have no idea why else I would have gotten banned, the timing is too convenient.

No it just gets better all the time.
Episode 7 is by far my favorite though as it forces you to use all the skills (that you should have learned) and apply them. Try and solve it without using any clues (or the minimum possible).
This might sound strange now but later you will come to understand.
Umineko is the only book that single handedly completely changed the way I look at an entire genre and for that I truly believe its fucking amazing.
Just a fair warning this book doesn't give you all the answers. Never give up and always try to solve situations yourself. If you wait for answers you better be a very patient man.
It took me a while to realize it but this book is actually a puzzle game.

Tsukihime is a pretty decent VN and has some vampire shiz.
