They're more known for adding their own content like Dekomori or Death Devil.
Asuka drama supposedly happens in the later novels, and they're hardly going to be adapted.

I haven't read the novels nor do I read any summaries of it but I heard they're deviating away from the source material so who knows just how faithful or not it's being to the average anime-only watcher.

Kekkai Sensen has my favourite OP and ED this season, both in songs and visuals.
This season hasn't been terribly good for OPs and EDs. The only one that I really remember is UFO's ED.

I was surprised to find out it was getting a tv series but safe to say I'm not bothering to watch it at all.
I would like Owari no Seraph so much more if they didn't FUCKING RUIN ALL THE TENSE MOMENTS WITH THEIR SPOILER FILLED OPENING
All these moments in recent episodes that were supposed to be - and could have been - very suspenseful and dramatic are boring and anticlimactic because watching the OP just once like any normal person would do reveals important shit, like the fact that [sp]Mika isn't dead, or none of the people that take the test to wield the powerful demon weapons actually die even though they try to make you THINK they might[/sp].
Could have been a good show, now it's just an okay show.

New villains are shit and nothing really interesting happens.

The show is fighting too hard to keep existing rather then ensuring that it gets the best ending possible.
That being said I'll still watch S3 because I'm an idiot. But it will probably become a silly munchies show rather then a show I would want to binge.
If you really liked S1 and don't have any other animes you wanna watch go for it. However if you don't mind waiting I would recommend waiting until the show is finished and see if it does anything worth while. As there is a very real chance that it won't.
