That episode of UBW2 was great, it deviated a bit from the visual novel version of events but it still came out really great so who really cares.
Out of context those quotes make no sense at all.
However in the context its more like 'you are correct' but from a justice standpoint not right?

I kinda cringed because of how Okabe acted. I don't really know why, his fake laugh was just gut wrenching. That being said, I got used to it further in and didn't really care. But during the character introduction and development stages I had a hard time understanding his character without cringing somewhat.
Like, I don't cringe from shows like Naruto or whatever. I know the way anime is usually exaggerated, but Okarin just hurt in a different way.
