I used to be very into watching anime and I could power through series. But once I would finish one I would get that empty feeling, or if it didn't go just right I would legitimately become depressed/upset. I had to completely stop watching because it was unhealthy. I wish to get back into it, how could I do it in a healthy way to where I don't become too attached/upset. An example of how bad it got: I had to stop watching K-On season two because Azusa was becoming depressed and it made me sad. Fucking K-On. Any personal experiences or tips? It's not to the point where I want to kill myself or anything I just feel really sad for a few days.

Start watching so much that you end up forgetting other anime. Happens to me all the time. :(

I am a very emotional person so I just tear up at even the slightest emotional moments in tv shows/ anime. Like oh I am just watching a normal episode of Dr. Who, whelp guess I am crying now.

I finished watching K-On S2 the other day. In my case the sadness came mainly from the fact that I'll be graduating from my current college very soon. Still, didn't shed a single tear because I'm simply unable to.
