the part of the ova that came out in 1993 looked pretty ok for the time but when they finished it in 2000 it looked super dated.

the OVA had okay visuals, at times the animation was amazing but for the most part it was really dull and motionless
everything else about it is garbage
Shokugeki and DanMachi were great, as always. I'm really loving Bell. He's such a great character. He doesn't get what's happening to him at all in the first place, but when he does, he's just so ... excited.
Nothing like those MC's who know they're "the chosen one" and use their power to the full potential.

the "hi" is missing entirely, "gu" is part cut off by the end of the image, and to top it off, despite the tile being for higurashi, it's the logo for Higurashi Kai with the big KAI at the end

I prefer the current image, that one right there does not hint at any psychological horror.
It's cut off because the text is burnt into the image and it's better composition wise the way it is.

okay except that still means that "hi" and part of "gu" is cut off, and that still means that it's using the Kai logo for the original series
